If you're just starting out or need some foundational support, our Starter Package is a cost-effective way to get you up and running with essential digital tools and documentation.

Includes:

• Set-up of a simple CRM system to track adoptions, fosters and volunteers

• Creation of up to 3 essential documents (For example: adoption contracts, foster agreements, home check forms)

• Basic social media logos or expert advice on social media outreach 

• 14 days of email support

This package is for rescues who need to refine their operations with advanced systems and comprehensive documents. We'll ensure you're using the right tools to stay organised and compliant.

Includes:

• Set-up of Google Workspace and website design

• Creation of up to 5 custom documents (For example: adoption contracts, fostering documents, home check forms, etc.)

• Social media strategy for building trust and increasing visibility

• 1 month of email support

• Digital training guide on using the digital tools effectively 

Our ongoing support package is designed for rescues who need continuous assistance to ensure their digital systems and processes run smoothly, with regular updates and expert advice as you grow.

Includes:

• Monthly maintenance of your digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, website updates)

• Up to 2 document revisions or new document creations per month

• Priority email support 

• Quarterly review of your digital strategy and tools for improvement

Our branding and logo design package is perfect for rescues looking to create a clear, consistent identity that reflects their mission and builds trust with adopters, volunteers, and supporters.

Includes:

• Custom logo design tailored to your organisation’s personality and values

• A basic brand kit with colour palette, font choices, and logo variations (for use on light/dark backgrounds, social media, and print)

• Final logo files provided in multiple formats for print and digital use

• Two rounds of revisions included

For organisations that need quick assistance, we offer flexible hourly rates to help with one-off tasks or short-term projects.
